Director’s ID card (Hong Kong residents) or passport (non-Hong Kong residents) photocopies and address; if the director is a body corporate, please provide the company registration certificate and registered address;

Company Secretary’s Personal Information
A photocopy of the company secretary’s ID and address (if not using the company’s company secretarial services); if the secretary is a body corporate, please provide the company registration certificate and registered address;

The Company’s Legal Capital
The company’s legal capital, amount of issued capital and proportion of shares allocated. Unless otherwise specified, the registered capital of the company is HK$10,000.
